Angela is Managing Director of WorkLlife Management Ltd, a business psychology consultancy founded in 1998, whose projects include stress management and communication skills workshops for flight crews, a Senior Management Development programme giving 360 feedback with an international bank, career planning and change with an international news agency, personal development and psychometric testing for senior executives with an international travel company and coaching and conflict management for financial institutions. WorkLife Management works with organisations and private individuals.

Angela is a
Chartered Organisational Psychologist and a Full Member of the British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychologists. She is also an active member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychologists. Having worked with British Airways for many years, she founded WorkLife Management in 1998 in order to expand across a wide spectrum of companies, organisations and individuals.

Angela is a British Psychological Society
registered psychometric test administrator (Level A and B) and a Certified stress counsellor. She has travelled the world extensively visiting six continents and over 140 countries and has developed an understanding and awareness of diversity in culture, language and individual differences. She has excellent inter-personal skills and this, coupled with a warm and enthusiastic attitude to applying psychology to work-life issues, ensures that her ability to confront difficult issues with clients is handled in a sensitive and productive way.

Her
specialist areas of consultancy are in senior management ‘derailment’, development and training; recruitment and selection, career and stress counselling. She works with senior managers to help them through career development and transitions, and coaches on the ‘dark side of management’.

Angela was the Senior Counsellor in the British Airways Crewcare counselling unit for many years, managing a team of 23 counsellors, and specialising in person-centred counselling and stress management for 16,000 cabin crew and flight deck. She also administered the Working Parents section of the unit, which encouraged and supported cabin crew back into the workplace after having children. She started a new programme, Return to Work, for those who had been away from flying for more than six months in order to ease them back into the workplace.
